Festively Festooned!

Micromosaic jewelry became popular during the Grand tour (1600-1800s) serving not only as souvenirs but as forerunners to postcards.  This NEC original is an early 20th-Century (Art Nouveau) Italian Micro Mosaic Festoon gold washed necklace (from the Latin festo, feast).  And boy she sure is Bella (beautiful) feast for the eyes joining African Ruby (for self love) on gold filled chain and findings.
